Yes, this will arise after Akhilesh will get to hear from people around that his wife Ira is looking for a prospective husband for herself, as Akhilesh cannot get into a marital conjugation owing to vasectomy (nasbandi) done on him.
A source states, “The worst part for Ira will be that Akhilesh will get trapped in this confusion, and will also start to believe that Ira is capable of doing so. Ira will be deeply hurt after getting to know of Akhilesh not supporting her on the blames put on her.”
