We saw how Neelam had injected a deadly poison into him which was slowly killing him. The family needed the injection’s antidote which Neelam did not reveal.
Ultimately, it was the success of truth when Meet Hooda (Ashi Singh) managed to control the menacing Neelam and take the injection from her. With the antidote being given to Meet Ahlawat, the family prayed for his betterment. However, the antidote did not help in his recovery.
