Megha Barsenge the Colors television show produced by Saurabh Tewari’s Parin Multimedia has seen engaging drama with Manoj (Kinshuk Mahajan) working out his plan by deploying his cunning tactics. He has dug a pit outside Megha’s (Neha Rana) house and is staying there, protesting that he loves his wife and wants her back. Megha tried her best to retort so that Manoj would go back. But she failed. Now Arjun (Neil Bhatt) has been protecting Megha by staying at their place and coming up with ideas that can force Manoj to withdraw from his plan. In order to give back Manoj his money, Arjun and Megha organized a Garba fest in the colony so that they could get money out of it. Megha also tactfully notified the debtors who were behind her, that Manoj would pay up for her as he is her husband.
The upcoming episode will see Surinder, that is Megha’s father wilting under the pressure created by Manoj. Surinder will plead before Manoj to leave his daughter Megha alone. Manoj will tell him to plan and sell his house and give him back the money so that he can leave Megha unharmed. Surinder will ultimately give in and will decide to sell the house. However, Manoj will soon come up with the demand that Surinder has to transfer his house to his name.

COLORS’ show, ‘Megha Barsenge’, highlights the issue of bride abandonment through Megha’s story. Abandoned by her NRI husband Manoj, Megha teams up with IAS officer Arjun to confront him and challenge societal norms. The show celebrates Megha’s courage and independence.
