Sony Entertainment Television’s Mere Dad Ki Dulhan based on a simple setup of Ghaziabad portrays a beautiful yet unseen relationship triangle of father-daughter-mother starring Shweta Tiwari, Varun Badola and Anjali Tatrari as leads. This is the story of Ambitions girl Niya Sharma, a difficult and eccentric father Amber Sharma and a strong-headed woman Gunnet Sikka.
In the show Mere Dad ki Dulhan, Niya is worried about leaving Amber alone in India. She insists Amber to take the medical test. However, Amber denies saying he is okay and doesn’t need any tests. Niya’s emotional blackmail lets Amber take the test. After seeing Amber’s abnormal test reports Niya tries to hide it from Amber. Amber senses it and plans a drill and meets with an accident. Niya panics in the situation thinking about her dad’s health.
