We saw how Gehna made Sagar drink and open up and talk about the file. However, Sagar confides that he stole the file, but did not tell Gehna where he has hidden it.
It will take a herculean effort from Gehna to get to the file. Even after she will possess the file, Sagar will not allow her to reach the court on time.
