The upcoming episode of Neela Film Productions Private Limited’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC) will see Gokuldhaam Society’s residents get into an almost patented sequence of events that leads to comical conflicts and confusion. Seeing a woman in South Indian bridal attire in Popatlal’s balcony has got everyone thinking that he has married her. Sodhi is furious that after all the years of praying for his marriage, Popatlal has not had the courtesy of informing anyone. On the other hand, a simple miscommunication over the phone has led Jethaalal to believe that Bhide has married another woman! Now, he is furious that a righteous person like Bhide has done such a thing without even considering what this will mean to Madhavi and Sonu.
The New Year seems to have not brought about much of a change in the lives of Gokuldhaam’s residents. If at all, the comedy of errors has just managed to scale up a little more than usual. None of them have even considered of there being any other explanation than Popatlal being married after seeing a woman in his balcony. And Jethaalal who now has relayed his version of the story to Taarak Mehtta, who also is at work, is also extremely upset about Bhide having two wives.
How will a story that has gotten entangled in misunderstandings of epic proportions, untangle? Who might be the woman in Popatlal’s balcony? What will Jethaalal and Taarak Mehtta do when they arrive back from work? Emotions are running high in Gokuldhaam Society and it’s all going to explode into riots of laughter for the viewers.
