Well, we have earlier reported about Gayu (Simran Khanna) being in problem with pain during her pregnancy. Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) had taken her to the doctor without Samarth (Samir Onkar) knowing of the problem.
Now, in the next few episodes, Gayu will face her miscarriage as her health will not be fine to hold on to her pregnancy. The weak Gayu will be shattered and when Samarth will get to know of this, he will blame Gayu for it.
