We hear that Kartik will rescue Naira from the gas room and will immediately recognize her. However Naira would have already fallen unconscious. Kartik will rush Naira to the doctor in the hospital and they will start treating her.
As per a reliable source, “Soon Naira will regain her consciousness and this will be where Kartik and Naira will come face to face. An emotional scene in the bed where the two of them will see each other.”
