As per the plot, Naira’s (Shivangi Joshi) kidney transplant is successful and she is back home. On the other hand, Vedika and Kartik strike a deal that after the former gives a kidney to Naira, Kartik will have to leave Naira forever. Naira is not aware of their deal.
Meanwhile, Kartik announces that Vedika is their daughter-in-law and she is not going anywhere.
