What is it about Kumkum Bhagya that makes it more successful than the rest of the show airing right now? Is it the chemistry of the lead pair Sriti Jha (Pragya) and Shabir Ahluwalia (Abhi) or the over-stretched partial memory loss drama that pushed the storyline back to where it started? There has been a lot of hit and miss sequences between Abhi (Shabir Ahluwalia) and Pragya (Sriti Jha), wherein they are at the same place, almost about to bump into each other, but destiny has other ideas.
A major development leads the two to come to the camping trip of Rhea (Naina Singh), Prachi (Mugdha Chaphekar) and Ranbir (Krishna Kaul). Soon, the two arrived for their daughter’s sake. Abhi and Pragya would be close to each other but they would not meet each other.
The two characters are complete opposites and their chemistry is terrific. A rockstar falling head-over-heels in love with a plain jane has captured the fancy of people.
Just their presence on the screen, even if they are standing and looking into each other’s eyes for an entire episode, is enough to make their fans stay glued to the screen. Be it picnic scenes or any outing, Abhi and Pragya didn’t leave any chance to romance each other.
