Nimrat Kaur, the Choti Sarrdaarni of TV has been on a wonderful journey filled with varied emotions as she plays the role of Meher in the Colors show.
Colors TV popular drama Choti Sarrdaarni has been going through some interesting twists and turns these days which has been keeping the fans intrigued. From quarreling with each other to fighting for their family, lead pair Sarabjit aka Avinesh Rekhi and Mehar’s aka Nimrit Ahluwalia chemistry has been winning hearts.
Besides, we can’t miss the cute tactics of their son Param who always steals the show. And we can’t get over their overwhelming bond in the show. Recently, Choti Sarrdaarni had an international twist as Sarabjit and Meher headed to Serbia and Russia for their honeymoon. And guess what Param is accompanying them in their honeymoon sequence.
Nimrat Kaur is happy that the journey of Meher has been accepted by the audience.
She said happily, “Meher and Manav were loved by viewers. Post that, the reactions and positive response we have got for Sarabjit and Meher’s mature bond is amazing. Of course, the icing on the cake has been the bond between Meher and Param. I believe that when you love your character, you will give it your 100%. That is exactly what we all as actors are doing. We have been working on our character with utmost honesty.”
Also, the fact that the makers have not rushed with the story of Sarabjit and Meher and have shown they grow from being in an awkward position after marriage to being comfortable with each others’ presence. The two of them have mutual respect and this has been beautifully shown.
The way they both look at each other, the way they talk, blush and most importantly, they respect each other’s privacy and respect each other. This makes Sarabjit and Meher the most loved on-screen couple on TV.
