In today’s Anupamaa episode, after seven days, Anupamaa and Anuj discuss that Navratri days are going very well and today they are going to do puja for their daughter Anu. Anupamaa and Anuj explain to Anu today’s importance and why puja is done and what gifts they get. Anupamaa tells that earlier also Toshu, Samar and Pakhi used to get excited like small Anu. She suddenly stops talking about Toshu, recalling what he did with Anu. Then Anuj tells Anupamaa that they will start the puja as they have to go to the Shah’s as well. Anuj tells Anupamaa to take special care of Anu at the Shah’s and tells her that Toshu should not come in front of Anu. Anupamaa says that she will take care of Anu.
Then in Anupamaa, some ladies knock at the door. Anuj and Anupamaa go to greet them. Anupamaa tells Anuj that they are her neighbors. Anuj says that he remembers them as they hosted a cooking competition where he saw Anupamaa. The ladies tell them that every year they organize a Garba function and the fund collected is used for poor girls’ education. Anuj remembers their pandal’s Garba as he danced there together with Anupamaa. They tell Anupamaa and Anuj that they have decided to honor one girl from the ceremony and they request Anupamaa and Anuj to be their chief guest. They inform Anupamaa that she has to honor the girl. Anupamaa says that she is not capable of it. The ladies tell her that she is more capable than she thinks.
Lastly in Anupamaa, Anuj tells them that they will definitely come and then he writes a cheque to donate to their foundation. Barkha and Ankush get irritated seeing Anupamaa and Anuj doing this charity. Later, Barkha goes out to meet the ladies and instigate them to talk about the drama that is taking place between Anupamaa and the Shah’s. Barkha says that now the real drama will start. At the Shah house, Leela is happy because tomorrow at Navami puja she has called a family to meet Samar and she will talk about Samar’s wedding. Everyone asks Leela why she is in a hurry to get Samar married. Rakhi hears that and taunts Leela that her one grandson is getting divorced. That is the reason she wants her other grandson to get married and lie to the girl’s family. Samar hears everything and shocks everyone by telling them that he is not going to get married as he doesn’t believe in relationships and love as he has only seen failed marriages in his family.
