Today’s episode of Anupamaa starts with Kavya informing Vanraj that Pakhi will stay in Shah’s house before the marriage ceremonies. Vanraj is shocked to hear this and decides to leave the place. Kavya explains to him that if he is angry, he should show it rather than run away. Kavya tries to convince Vanraj to stay in Shah’s house. Anuj informs Anupamaa that he has booked everything and tells her to enjoy the function. Anupamaa explains to Anuj that instead of spending a lot of money, invest it in the name of Pakhi and Adhik so, in the future, it will help them. Anuj wants to do his best for Pakhi and Adhik. Adhik makes Pakhi understand and convinces her to go to Shah’s house.
Barkha enters the room and tells Adhik and Pakhi that she has not yet accepted their relationship, but she will try to be part of their marriage as she doesn’t want to miss it. She tells Pakhi that she has made some jewelry for Adhik’s wife, and so she wants to give it to her. She further adds that she had dreams about Adhik’s marriage, but now the wedding is at Shah’s house. Adhik explains to Pakhi that they don’t need any lavish wedding as they are already married. Barkha tries to change Pakhi’s mind and tells her that she is Anupamaa’s daughter, so her wedding should be lavish. Adhik tells Pakhi that he belongs to a middle-class family and stays at Kapadia’s house. Shahs are excited about the wedding, and Paritosh receives a call for a job, and he declines it as he is not ready to work.
Kinjal says that she will join her mother in business and take care of herself and Pari. Pakhi overhears Anuj and Anupamaa talking as Anupamaa explains to Anuj about investing money in the name of Adhik and Pakhi. Pakhi gets angry with Anupamaa and asks about her problem of not allowing Anuj to spend money on marriage ceremonies. Pakhi also says that Anupamaa is jealous of her own daughter. Barkha overhears the conversation, gives a weird smile, and is happy to see the mother-daughter arguing. Anu tries to make Anupamaa happy as she is sad. Anupamaa gives a traditional saree to Pakhi, and Pakhi argues with her as she wants a designer saree.
