In today’s Anupamaa episode, Vanraj tells Anuj that except for expressing his anger he can’t express anything. He loves his children very much, he respects his parents and he likes Kavya as well but he doesn’t know how to express himself to them. Anuj says that it is very simple, we are taught by society that men are practical and women are emotional. If a husband expresses his emotions to his wife then everyone tells her that he is so emotional, if the wife is tired and the husband massages her legs then he is considered a slave but if a wife does this all for her husband it is assumed as right. Anuj tells Vanraj that they think a lot more about society’s reaction than their own happiness. Anuj tells Vanraj that he only thinks about his wife’s happiness.
Then in Anupamaa, Vanraj tells Anuj that he is jealous of him. Anuj tells him that he is jealous of him too as he has his family to live with. So enjoy with each other and Ankush hides behind the door and hears their talk. Ankush says that he is the real brother of Anuj and Anuj hates him and he is being friends with his wife’s ex. All the ladies play truth and dare. They spin the bottle and Leela has to ask Barkha a question. Barkha chooses truth and Leela asks Barkha if she loves her husband or the husband’s surname Kapadia. Everyone gets shocked as Leela asks such a question. Vanraj is preparing tea in the kitchen and Ankush comes there and intentionally reveals that Samar has taken a loan from Anuj. Vanraj gets shocked as he doesn’t know anything about it. Vanraj gets angry and goes out to ask Anuj and Samar. Samar tells Vanraj that he didn’t want to hurt him as he had family finance responsibility and also Kinjal’s delivery.
Lastly in Anupamaa, Samar asked Anuj for help as a friend as he will repay Anuj’s money as soon as possible. Anuj tells Vanraj that he doesn’t want to take his place as his kids’ father but he can already help them as their friend and he tells that he is a businessman and he does deals with people whom he trusts. Ankush feels strange as he thought Vanraj will create drama but he took it positively. Adhik and Pakhi dance together and enjoy their time. Barkha stuns everyone by telling that she loves her husband’s surname more than Ankush but she has her own story behind it. She and Ankush were college lovers but like every couple after their marriage, their love started to fade. She told them that Ankush failed in his business and she told him that she will look into the business but Ankush did not allow her to think that she is a woman and she can’t do anything. She only wanted Ankush to trust her but he didn’t and they became financially weak. Sara’s school fees were not paid on time, she avoided all her friends’ parties, and also did not do the shopping, and they had to come back to Mumbai only because of Ankush.
