In the start, Vanraj thinks that Anupamaa will question him that why he betrayed her after she did serve him selflessly for 25 years. Samar is upset and cries looking at Anupamaa’s photo. Nandini consoles Samar saying that he should stay strong and Anupamaa won’t like seeing her son crying. Kavya continues panicking and asks Nandini how is Anupamaa feeing after falling down unconscious. Nandini doubts Kavya and asks her how she knows that Anupamaa got unconscious. Kavya panics and locks herself in the room, and tries calling Vanraj. Vanraj is worried if Devika will inform Anupamaa about Vanraj and Kavya. Vanraj exclaims that he wants to meet Anupamaa. Anupamaa gains consciousness and Vanraj asks her if she is fine. Anupamaa gets a panic attack reminiscing the romance between Varaj and kavya in her room and pushes Vanraj away, Anupamaa gets aggressive towards everyone. Family is worried about Anupamaa. Anupamaa reacts seeing Vanraj and says that she doesn’t want to go in her room. Whole family is worried about Anupamaa’s condition.
