The episode of Anupamaa starts with Advait asking Anupamaa if she is upset with him for arranging Kavya and Vanraj’s wedding. Anupamaa says he is her friend and a friend and a doctor always help people. Advait tells her that he loves her positive attitude and asks how can she stay so calm in such situations. Anupamaa says that she cried a lot when her relationship broke but what is the point of crying over the same wound. Kavya comes to the mandap, Rakhi says neither the groom nor the family is here. Kavya calls for Vanraj asking him to come. Baa tells her to come and take him out herself. Kavya enters the house and looks for Vanraj. She enters the room where the rest of the family are sitting.
Baa tells her Vanraj is not here. Rakhi thinks that the drama has started. Kavya tries to call Vanraj, she says he must be with Advait. Rakhi says both Anupamaa and Vanraj are missing, they must have planned something. Kavya gets angry. Advait tells Anupamaa that she can visit the temple if she doesn’t want to go back to the resort. Anupamaa says okay. Pandit Ji tells Kavya that the mahurat has started. Kavya tries to call Vanraj and shouts his name. Baa says Vanraj did the right thing. Toshu tries to call Vanraj. Kavya asks Pakhi and Baa if they know anything about Vanraj. Pakhi says they don’t where he is. Samar says they are trying to call him as well.
Kavya desperately searches for Vanraj. Baa prays that Vanraj is alright. She says he runs away from home whenever he takes a wrong decision. Advait is impressed with Anupamaa’s views on marriage. Kavya keeps shouting Vanraj’s name. Rakhi tells her to calm down.
Anupamaa is with Advait when Kavya calls her. Anupamaa disconnects her call. Kavya calls her again and again so she picks up. Kavya shouts at her asking where is her Vanraj. Anupamaa says that it’s her marriage, her groom and her trouble. Anupamaa tells her to not bother her. Kavya threatens Anupamaa that if she doesn’t come she will file a police complaint against her whole family for mentally torturing her.
