The episode of Anupamaa starts with Rakhi taunting Vanraj by saying that his favourite film is Kabhi Haa Kabhi Naa. Vanraj says he is not ready to marry Kavya. Kavya says that he hasn’t seen her anger yet, if she can commit suicide she can even kill him. Anupamaa shouts and tells them to shut up. She says that they betrayed everyone with their relationship of nine years. With all the drama now they don’t want to marry. She says that she does not want to come between them, but they keep on dragging her to get in. She says Vanraj should tell his final decision to Kavya and not keep running away. And Kavya should learn to win and not snatch. Anupamaa says that if Vanraj dared to love Kavya he should also dare to hold her hand and get married. He says Vanraj should take a decision and end the issues right here.
Advait says that they should think properly about whether they want to marry or not. Kavya says Vanraj will either marry her or go to jail. Vanraj says that he went out to get fresh air because he was suffocating. But she threatened his family. Vanraj says that she can do whatever she wants. Even if she hangs him he will do only what he wishes. Kavya starts crying, he says if she tries to threaten his family again he will not spare her. Rakhi tells Pandit Ji to leave, Vanraj tells him to sit. He says that he will not marry Kavya out of fear but out of love. They walk towards the mandap and Vanraj and Kavya get married. Anupamaa walks away.
Rakhi congratulates them. Kavya says that she has planned a pooja and goes there with Vanraj. Anupamaa comes back to the cottage thinking marriage is over. She sees Bapuji and goes to take the blessing, Vanraj comes to take blessings as well. Rakhi comments that old Bahu did Graha Pravesh instead of new bahu. Bapuji asks Anupamaa how she is. Anupamaa says he should have come here before and asks about his health.
Rakhi says if they will only bless old bahu and not new bahu. Baa says she would have blessed Kavya but she doesn’t consider her as a bahu. She says that Kavya insulted them and threatened them some time ago and now Rakhi wants her to perform Kavya’s aarti and give her blessing. Baa says she will perform postman’s but not Kavya’s.
