The episode of Anupamaa starts with Vanraj holding Anupumaa while she goes to fall. Rakhi taunts Kavya that Vanraj still cares for Anupamaa. Kavya goes and asks Anupamaa how she is. Anupamaa says she is fine. Kavya tells her to get well so to bid them goodbye for honeymoon. Baa calls her shameless for discussing her honeymoon in front of children. Kavya says Vanraj is always with family, so she has to discuss in front of everyone. She asks Vanraj should they go to Switzerland. Baa tells her she did not ask permission from Vanraj for marriage, so why is she asking permission for a honeymoon. Kavya says if Vanraj can run away from a marriage he can run away from anywhere. Baa tells her she is shameless for discussing honeymoon before children. Kavya says what can she do if Vanraj is shameless, who is behind his ex-wife. She tells Anupamaa to get well soon so she won’t spoil their honeymoon. Anupamaa tells Vanraj to control his wife. Vanraj yells at Kavya, she goes inside fuming.
The family takes Anupamaa inside. They blow candles and cut the cake. Advait comes and asks how can they cut the cake without him. Anupamaa says that he is my Vitamin H, that is himmath. Advait says he has learned a lot from Anupamaa as well as her positive attitude, her dedication, these qualities will take her far. Baa asks if she will go far away. Advait says no as Anupamaa values relationships, she will stay close to them. Advait complains that Anupamaa talks a lot and asks for his cake. Baa jokes that he hasn’t seen her five-hour lecture. Anupamaa serves cake to everyone.
Kavya while packing her clothes asks Vanraj if he won’t ask where she is going. Vanraj says he doesn’t care. She tells him that they should go back to Ahmedabad so she can resume her work. Vanraj tells her that she can go but he will come back with his family. Kavya tells him that Vanraj cares so much about his family but his family cares only about Anupamaa. Vanraj says she should not worry about what his family does, he will love them no matter what. Kinjal and Kavya later fight over a mixer, Rakhi comes and stops them. She tells Kavya that she will show her evil side if she troubles Kinjal.
Kinjal asks for a chutney recipe from Anupamaa. She explains it to Kinjal, Kinjal says it’s easy and goes. Rakhi comes and tells Anupamaa that Kinjal will have to suffer to fill the void of Anupamaa. Anupamaa says that Kinjal is intelligent and she will take care of everything. Rakhi says she doesn’t want Kinjal to stay in the kitchen like Anupamaa. Anupamaa says she was illiterate but Kinjal is a modern woman who will handle the house as well as job. Rakhi insists to get a maid to help Kinjal.
