The episode of Anupamaa starts with Baa telling Kavya not to interfere between a son and a mother. Baa says as Kavya can’t see Vanraj having unhealthy food she can’t see her son hungry. Kavya says they can’t see her and Vanraj happy so they keep conspiring against them. She says she is earning and can afford a maid, so they can’t stand that. Anupamaa tells her to not divert the issue. Baa says that Kavya makes her mouth bitter by spitting bitter words. Anupamaa tells Baa to calm down as fighting will cause more problems. Kavya returns to her room, Vanraj tells her that he got a job as sales and marketing head in the cafeteria. Kavya shouts at him to not work in the cafeteria. she says he worked in a corporate job for so long, and how can he work at a cafe that no one knows.
Vanraj says that Baa, Bapuji and Anupamaa agreed and were happy but Kavya is yelling at him. He tells her that he wasn’t looking for her permission but just informing her. Kavya yells at him for discussing his new job with Anupamaa. Vanraj says he discussed it with Baa and Bapuji, Anupamaa was just there. Geeta brings tea, Vanraj tells her to get it downstairs as he wants to have it with family. Kavya thinks that problems will continue until Anupamaa stays in this house.
Vanraj is sitting with family and talking, Kavya brings a sandwich and green tea for Vanraj. Toshu brings afternoon snacks. Baa gives snacks to Vanraj who happily eats it. Anupamaa offers snacks to Kavya and Geeta. Geeta is impressed with Anupamaa’s nature. Anupamaa tells Vanraj that he should discuss issues with Kavya in their bedroom as it will affect the family. Kavya sees them talking and tells Vanraj if she should die as he is eating his ex-wife’s food and taking her suggestions. Vanraj tells Kavya to live and let people around her live peacefully.
Geeta praises Anupamaa, Kavya tells her to stop talking about her. Geeta changes her tone and tells Kavya that she feels bad for her. Since Vanraj is always with the family he ignores Kavya and doesn’t give her much time. Geeta suggests that she should control her husband with intimacy. The next morning Baa gets into an argument with Geeta. Geeta talks disrespectfully with Baa which angers Anupamaa. Anupamaa warns Geeta to not talk in such a way with Baa.
