The episode starts with Anupamaa and Kavya’s dance-off. The family watches their energetic dance. When Kavya asks Pakhi which one was the best, Anupamaa says that Kavya won. She asks Kavya to teach her Sweety. Kavya manipulates Pakhi into thinking that Anupamaa was being viewed as the better one even after losing. She tells her that Anupamaa dumped the responsibility on Kavya knowing that Anupamaa will be busy at the academy.
Kinjal tells Anupamaa about Kavya’s attempts at manipulating Pakhi against her. Anupamaa says that she won’t let anyone take her children away from her. Anupamaa goes back to her room and cries and thinks up ways to make things right.
When Kavya returns to her room, Vanraj tells her that he didn’t know she could dance so well. He also tells her not to meddle with Pakhi and Anupamaa’s relationship. She just nods yes. But she still is plotting to make sure Pakhi is against Anupamaa. Anupamaa tries to bond by showing Pakhi her favorite clips but Pakhi says they aren’t her favorite anymore.
Vanraj and Anupamaa are talking when Kavya walks in and tells him that she will go with him to the cafeteria as well. Anupamaa apologizes for coming to her part of the house because of Pakhi but Kavya tells her not to apologize since it’s become a hobby of her to cross the line. Vanraj tells her not to become another Rakhi Dave.
The family gets busy arranging the furniture in the safer tires. Anupamaa’s mother congratulates her on fulfilling her dreams. Her mother tells her that she never knew her daughter could achieve her dream. She believed that only sons need an education and that Anupamaa proved her wrong. Anupamaa says she still has a long way to go and she will fulfill her dreams with the help and support of her family.
Kavya makes a fuss about the furniture while everyone works on decorating the interiors with Dil Dhadakne Do… song playing in the background. Kavya stands in a corner jealous about everyone enjoying.
