The episode of Anupamaa starts with Anupamaa doing tulsi pooja and hoping Mansi Jain gives good reviews about Vanraj’s cafe. Kavya waits for the newspaper to arrive. The newspaperman gives the newspaper to Anupamaa. Kavya snatches the newspaper and takes it into the living room. Vanraj takes the newspaper and reads about the reviews which Mansi gave. Vanraj gets angry. Kavya sees that Mansi only rated their cafe, 2 stars. Kavya asks Anupamaa if she is happy, as everything is happening as Anupamaa wanted. Anupamaa asks Kavya, Mansi did not like the dish or what happened. Kavya says Mansi gave 2 stars for their cafe and it is because of Anupamaa.
Vanraj says that Mansi mentioned the food was good and the owner was irritating and self-obsessed. Vanraj says Mansi liked the food and then also loved that they welcomed senior citizens. He says Baa and Anupamaa got 1 star each and due to Kavya, they lost 3 stars. Vanraj says Kavya ruined his business with her overconfidence.
Samar gets some message. He checks the message and switches on the TV. Kiara(the customer with whom Kavya was rude) says that she is a blogger and today she will be talking about Leela’s cafe. Kiara says in the cafe they get a homely feeling. She says she went to that cafe as a normal customer and learned that all the customers are treated specially.
Kiara says she met Anupamaa, who makes the best food, Vanraj who sings very well. Kiara says also senior citizens are welcomed in the cafe. She says she had an amazing experience with Anupamaa. Kavya gets jealous. Vanraj gets happy as Kiara gave good reviews about their cafe.
Kavya goes into her room. Vanraj asks Kavya not to get jealous. Kavya says she feels bad for Vanraj, as Kiara was talking more about Anupamaa and not about the cafe. Kavya says Anupamaa helps Vanraj but Vanraj doesn’t help her, and one-sided help is always called a favour. Anupamaa tells Samar that Vanraj’s ego might get hurt as Kiara complimented her a lot.
Later, Baa asks Vanraj to eat halwa. Vanraj asks Baa to give the halwa to Anupamaa as she deserves it. Vanraj leaves. Anupamaa goes to a cafe and asks Vanraj what he meant to say. Vanraj says he doesn’t need Anupamaa’s favour and by the end of the month, he will pay the rent of his cafe.
