The episode of Anupamaa starts with Vanraj telling Samar to think and take the decision as per his wish. Anupamaa tells Samar she wants to see him and the Dance academy prosper. Nandini says Samar only has one day to decide as the interview is tomorrow. Vanraj says he is sure whatever decision Samar takes he will be a winner. Kinjal in her room panics after seeing Dholakia’s call, she thinks why Toshu is not with her when she needs him. Anupamaa asks why Kinjal has not come out yet. Meanwhile, Kinjal walks to them. Kavya asks if she is not going to the office today. Kinjal says yes and hugs Anupamaa tightly. Anupamaa senses something is wrong and asks what happened.
Kavya gets a call from Dholakia who offers her project head position in place of Kinjal. Kavya taunts Kinjal that she must have done some mistake and got kicked out. Kinjal says she resigned from the job. Kinjal tells Kavya not to take up the job. Kavya says she will meet Dholakia today and take up the job today itself. Kinjal keeps suggesting she should not do it. Anupamaa asks her if something is wrong. Kinjal says Kavya is right that she made a mistake and was kicked out of the job, Kinjal goes to her room.
Anupamaa says she is lying. Baa says she should go and talk with Kinjal. Anupamaa tells Kinjal even if everyone accepts that she was kicked from her job she can’t accept it. She asks if Dholakia did something. Kinjal says Dholakia used to act as her mentor at the beginning but later she started feeling uncomfortable around him. Anupamaa asks if he would call her near him with an excuse, discuss personal issues and look at her lustfully. Kinjal asks how she knows. Anupamaa says all women in the world know about it. Kinjal says she will look for another job. Anupamaa says there will be Dholakia’s in every office who will try to physically and mentally molest her.
Anupamaa suggests Kinjal should take a stand against Dholakia. Kinjal says she wants to end the issue and requests Anupamaa to not tell anyone about it. Anupamaa is at the academy when Samar comes and informs that the bank officers have come to discuss the business loan. Anupamaa asks him to call Vanraj or Toshu but they are not available. Samar tries to call Bapuji but his phone is also not reachable. They both sit with officers who explain the process in English. At Samar’s request, the officer explains it in Hindi. Samar rushes out as he gets a call from Nandini. Officer insists Anupamaa sign the papers.
