The episode of Anupamaa starts with Anupamaa telling Samar that Bapuji considered her as Lakshmi of this house. But now she has become the reason for their destruction. Samar tells her to not think this way. He says he and Nandini will soon find a new academy space. Vanraj comes home after jogging and sees Rakhi there. He asks her why she is here. Rakhi says his wife has called her here. She asks if his wife has called her to sell the remaining portion of the house. Vanraj says that it will be her unfulfilled dream. Kavya comes and tells Rakhi to throw her nameplate away. Anupamaa knowing what she will do tries to stop Kavya. Kavya and Vanraj tell her to not interfere. Rakhi asks Kavya why she called her in the early morning. Kavya gives Rakhi a 22 lakh cheque with interest. Vanraj says she should have waited for few days to do this.
Kavya yells its better today than tomorrow. She tells Rakhi to get lost. Rakhi says to give cheques there should be money in the account. Kavya says she should learn to return things after getting the money, she tells her to send the property papers. Rakhi says if this cheque bounces by mistake it will be very bad for them. After Rakhi leaves, Kinjal scolds Kavya for being impatient. She says she should have waited for few days to do this. Vanraj says Kinjal is right as the karkhana is not sold yet and anything can go wrong. Kavya says only Anupamaa has the right to make mistakes and not her. Vanraj informs Baa that he and Kavya will meet Anuj Kapadia today. Baa hopes everything goes well.
Vanraj and Kavya visit Anuj Kapadia’s office and are impressed by the hospitality. Anuj Kapadia’s manager comes to talk to them, Kavya thinking it’s Anuj Kapadia starts talking about her plan to start a cafe. The manager corrects her saying he is not Anuj Kapadia. He says sir had an important meeting so he left them an envelope. Vanraj reads and gets surprised. He tells Kavya that he thought the deal is of a 5 crore deal, he says they should go home and discuss it with family.
Anupamaa while teaching her students hopes everything goes well with the deal. She sees Nandini looking at a man at the gate. Anupamaa comes to ask why she is so tensed, the man leaves. She asks Nandini who the person was. Nandini says he was her first-ever serious relationship. He left her after realising that she cant become a mother. She says for the past three days he is calling and troubling her. Samar gets mad at her for not informing him about her problem. Nandini says she was scared. Samar says he thought he was the reason for her sadness.
