The episode of Anupamaa starts with Baa asking why Anuj and his uncle come here every day when they are not related. Bapuji tells her to stop. Toshu backs Baa, Samar tells him to calm down. Toshu says Anuj came inside their house because of him. Samar says if he once went to the penthouse he shouldn’t return to witness the drama. Toshu says if he didn’t come back he wouldn’t have known how much Anuj and mummy are close. Anupamaa tells everyone to stop. Anupamaa asks why Baa didn’t question Kavya when she visited their house for nine years. Vanraj would help Kavya and Baa would make tiffin for her. What is wrong if Anuj as a friend offered her a partnership. Vanraj says he knows the consequences of such friendship as he has gone through it. Anupamaa says a fake coin thinks all the coins are fake. Vanraj says saying this won’t change the truth. Samar warns Vanraj to behave with mummy. Toshu blames Samar that because of him Anuj got a chance to enter their house.
Toshu says Anuj must have faked the accident. Kinjal says it’s not a movie scene that Toshu is doubting Anuj for risking his life to save Samar. Samar says Toshu, Vanraj and Kavya are jealous of mummy’s success. Kavya says Anupamaa has not become PM to be jealous of her. Kinjal says Anupamaa is miles ahead of Kavya so she can’t handle this. Kinjal says Anuj is not a bad person. Samar says not everyone is bad like Vanraj. Kavya says Samar doesn’t know how to behave. Bapuji tells everyone to stop. Baa tells Bapuji to tell Anupamaa to not work with Anuj as working with a stranger is not good. Bapuji says her thinking is cheap. Vanraj tells Anupamaa he will give her a new dance academy after the kharkana is sold so, she shouldn’t accept Anuj’s offer. Anupamaa says he is not her husband anymore. Baa says but she is her mother and is ordering her to not accept the offer.
Kinjal and Samar get angry over how the family is pressuring Anupamaa to reject the offer. She tells Bapuji to explain to mummy to not take any decision under pressure. Bapuji says Anupamaa needs a friend to explain it to her. Toshu tells Vanraj that mummy won’t be able to handle a 5-star hotel as she doesn’t have a hotel management course. Vanraj says people taunted him and Kavya and they will do the same if Anupamaa works with Anuj. Toshu says he can’t take anyone insulting mummy. Anupamaa is dancing when Devika comes and says Bapuji told her everything. Anupamaa says because of her taunts the family is taunting her.
Devika says it’s her life and the family shouldn’t bother. She says Anupamaa was busy thinking about her family’s happiness, when Toshi shifted to Rakhi’s penthouse for greed, Vanraj had an affair and Baa keeps taunting and supporting her son. She tells Anupamaa to think about her happiness as well. Anupamaa says Baa went against her son to support her and Bapuji loves her. Devika says Baa supported her as her son was wrong. She says Bapuji is the only person who loves her like a daughter. Toshu tells Vanraj that he won’t leave Anuj if he makes a move on mummy. Vanraj tells Toshu to pressurize Anupamaa to reject the offer. Anupamaa tells Devika to not provoke her against her family. Devika says she is just explaining the facts to her.
