In today’s episode, Kanta asks Anuj and Anupamaa if they go to college to study or for romance. Malvika claims that the adversary of love birds has arrived. Kanta is taken aback. All, according to Leela, have grown shameless. Leela assures Kavya that it is only a play. A skit is performed by Anuj and Anupamaa. He requests that Anupamaa not separate them from his mother. Kavya takes on the role of Kanta and participates in the play. When Kavya as Kanta refuses to attend Anupamaa and her previous wedding, Anuj becomes upset. Shah is taken aback. Anuj urges Kanta to keep him and Anupamaa together. Malvika brings Anuj back to reality. Anuj claims he is still traumatised by his initial encounter with her in bridal garb. He expresses regret for not being able to stop her wedding 26 years ago.
Anupamaa apologises for keeping Anuj waiting. Anuj tells Anupamaa not to apologise because she was completely unaware. Malvika and Devika ask MaAn not to ruin the mood by turning the play into a happy ending. Anupamaa and Anuj dance together. Hasmuk becomes conscious in the meantime. Anupamaa, Anuj, and the others are stunned. Shah is concerned about Hasmuk. GK is speechless. GK confronts Anuj. Hasmuk’s pledge is remembered by GK. Kavya discovers Hasmuk’s test report. Vanraj snatches Kavya’s report from her grip. Anuj recalls the encounter between GK and Hasmuk.
Vanraj becomes irritated because he believes he does not comprehend medical terminology and waits for the doctor. Anuj informs Shah that GK is aware of the truth. Hasmuk has a critical cardiac condition, which GK informs Shah. Vanraj is furious with GK for concealing the facts. GK is defended by Anuj, who claims Hasmuk’s pledge prevented him from speaking the truth. Vanraj blames Hasmuk’s condition on Anuj and Anupamaa. Hasmuk’s health was unknown to Anupamaa, she claims. Vanraj accuses Anupamaa. He loses his cool and begs that others enjoy themselves. Leela threatens Anupamaa that she will not spare her if something happens to him. Hasmuk will not be present for Anupamaa and Anuj wedding, according to Vanraj. He claims that MaAn’s wedding would no longer be held at Shah House. Leela blames Anupamaa for Hasmuk’s ill health. Hasmuk’s procedure is recommended by the doctor. Anupamaa and Anuj decide to postpone their wedding to operate on Hasmuk first. Hasmuk’s life will be saved by Anupamaa. She sobs when she remembers Hasmuk.
