Anuj takes Anupamaa to the orphanage in today’s episode. Anuj gives balloons to the kids on the street. Kinjal gets juice from Paritosh. Kinjal is asked how she is feeling. Kinjal assures her that he is with her and that everything is fine. Partiosh applauds mothers for suffering the anguish of giving birth to a child for nine months. Like Anupamaa and Kinjal, he wishes to have a daughter. Kinjal claims that Anupamaa did not give birth to her, but she raised her as if she were her child. Anupamaa’s saree gets tangled up. Anupamaa is helped by Anu. Anupamaa senses the presence of Anu. Kinjal is told by Partiosh that boys are difficult and girls are sweet. He decides to look for work. Kinjal and Paritosh decide to provide their upcoming child with a good childhood. Both decide to stand by each other and not add to Vanraj’s load.
Anupamaa and Anuj discover Vivaan at the orphanage, where he is celebrating his birthday. Few people celebrate birthdays at the orphanage, according to Anuj, because it’s a show-off. Anupamaa inquires as to why they are permitted to do so. Anuj claims that the orphanage requires funds to operate. Anupamaa becomes overwhelmed after hearing Anuj’s birthday recollections. She also expresses her hope that all children have the right to celebrate their birthdays. Anupamaa prays for God’s blessing on each kid. Anuj sobs as he remembers his history. Anupamaa is irritated when she sees Anuj.
Paritosh tells Kinjal that he intends to indulge his daughter in the same way as Vanraj spoiled Pakhi. Kinjal claims that she must be as strict as Anupamaa. She goes on to say that Anupamaa will reclaim her motherhood. Anuj and Anupamaa are enthralled by Anu’s dance. Anu receives a standing ovation from the audience. Anupamaa decides to meet Anu. Vivaan’s father promises the little girl that he will give her a gift in exchange for a dance. Anu refuses to accept the present. Vivaan’s mother claims that despite being an orphan, Anu has a bad attitude. Anuj and Anupamaa are enraged. They give Vivaan’s parents some advice.
Anu afterwards seeks to reunite with his family. Anupamaa and Anuj get together and have a conversation with Anu. Anu seduces both of them. Anuj and Anupamaa inform Anu that Anupamaa is also named Anu. Anu inquires about Anuj and Anupamaa’s willingness to partake in Vivaan’s birthday cake. She becomes even more unhappy when she realises she is unaware of her birthday. Anuj advises Anu not to be upset and to celebrate her birthday every day. He reflects on his past. Anuj assures Anu that her parents would come to collect her one day. Anu dreams of having a father like Anuj.
