The episode of Anupamaa starts with Anupamaa singing bhajan and Shah family performing arti.
After arti, Baa says she wants Vanraj by her side till her last breath. Vanraj says he will never leave Baa.
Vanraj is fixing his tika. Anupamaa comes and starts doing household chores. Vanraj walks towards her, but sneezes. Anupamaa turns and says she did not notice him.
Anupamaa recollects giving Vanraj a red rose on his birthday. Anupamaa then says that their relationship is over, but as a friend, she can wish him. Anupamaa gives a white rose to Vanraj and wishes him.
In the evening, the Shah family gets ready according to the theme. Baa asks Kinjal where is Rakhi. Kinjal says she gave Rakhi her sari according to the theme, and she is changing.
Kavya enters and tells Pakhi that the theme is very classy. Pakhi says she doesn’t like the theme as it looks very flashy.
Rakhi thinks, how can Kavya be so sweet to everyone. Rakhi says Kavya is up with something, which she needs to know.
Later, Pakhi asks everyone to gather to cut the cake. Kavya gets cakes for Vanraj and Anupamaa also gets a cake that Baa made for Vanraj.
Vanraj cuts the cake.
Pakhi says Vanraj will feed cake to her first. Vanraj says today Pakhi won’t get the opportunity first. Vanraj feeds the cake to Baa and Bapuji, and then to other family members.
After some time, Rakhi goes to Kavya and asks her to stop her drama and tell her what is she up to. Kavya says she tried a lot doing it from outside the house, but it did not work, so she is being sweet to everyone, and slowly she will kick Vanraj’s family out of Vanraj’s life.
