The episode of Anupamaa starts with Vanraj saying when Anupamaa lost her job, Samar cried with her, and when Anupamaa got her job again, Samar danced and expressed his happiness.
Vanraj says why Samar can’t have the same emotions for him. Vanraj says that he used to stop Samar from dancing and used to ask him to focus on his career, but Samar made him Hitler.
Vanraj says a son’s mistake will always be forgiven, but a father’s mistake will never be. Vanraj says he told Kavya that they will leave the house after the pooja, as he doesn’t want any problems in the house, he thinks about his family all the time, but his family doesn’t care about him.
Anupamaa says the house belongs to Vanraj, and always will be. Anupamaa apologizes to Vanraj on Samar’s behalf. Vanraj says he was about to leave the house after pooja, his mother’s love and care couldn’t stop him, but his son’s hatred will stop Vanraj, to stay in the house.

Vanraj says now let anyone insult him, or do whatever they want, he won’t leave the house, and nor Kavya will.
Vanraj goes to his room. Kavya follows him. Kavya tells Vanraj that the house belongs to Vanraj and at least he should get 50% of it. Kavya says the house is in Anupamaa’s name, and if after their divorce, Anupamaa gets another life partner, he might create problems in Vanraj’s life.
Kavya says Vanraj should take over all the responsibility of the house and his parents again, and get the house transferred in his name.
