In Anupamaa Written Update Season01 Episode240 16th April 2021, we see that Vanraj asking Kavya to leave him and his family alone for 2 days until he and Anupamaa get divorced and not create any issues.
The episode of Anupamaa starts with Anupamaa asking Samar to show his trophy to their family. Anupamaa tells Samar that she shouldn’t think that he is the world’s best dancer as he got the trophy, as still there a long way to success and he has to work hard and not get arrogant with what he achieved. Samar makes a promise to Anupamaa and says they forgot their happy wala dance. Samar dances with Anupamaa. She hugs him and asks him to show the trophy to the family, till then she will make something sweet for him. Anupamaa thinks she will tell Samar about their divorce later, as she doesn’t want it to ruin his happiness.
Samar goes to Bapuji and shows his trophy. Bapuji says he knew that Samar will win the competition. Samar says he had to win the competition for Anupamaa and tells Bapuji that Vanraj motivated him, so he was able to perform and win. Bapuji says Samar has grown up and knows his responsibilities. Samar says he is doing everything for Anupamaa. Samar asks Bapuji to share everything that he missed. Bapuji says Vanraj and Anupamaa went to a resort while others got stuck in their house due to curfew.
Nandini sees Kavya packing the bag and asks if she is shifting somewhere else. Kavya says she will be shifting to Vanraj’s house as Vanraj and Anupamaa are getting divorced after 2 days, then she can marry Vanraj and live in his house. Nandini gets shocked and says Kavya is turning psycho day by day. Vanraj enters and agrees with Kavya. He takes Kavya in the corner and asks her to stop with her weird acts. Vanraj asks why Kavya had to inform his family about the divorce date. Kavya says he did not inform his family nor her. So as she learned about the date, she informed everyone. Vanraj asks Kavya to stop her weird acts and asks her to stay away from him and his family for 2 days.
Meanwhile, Anupamaa is making a cake. Bapuji walks in and talks to her. Bapuji says Vanraj is motivating Samar. Anupamaa says she wants Vanraj and Samar to reunite. Bapuji says a father needs his son’s support when he gets old, Vanraj is there for him but his daughter is leaving him.
