In today’s episode, we can see that Anupamaa informs Anuj that this isn’t proper and that she won’t allow him to do it. He claims that whatever was to happen has occurred, that his heart has been broken, and that nothing can be changed now. He asks whether she will join him on this new adventure. Malvika informs Vanraj that she wants to prevent her brother from making a foolish decision. Vanraj claims she is responding irrationally because she didn’t understand her brother valued Anupamaa more than she did, and that nothing was important to her brother in front of Anupama. Kavya is worried that if Anuj dissolves his relationship with Anupama, she will lose her job, so she prays to God to break Vanraj and Malvika’s partnership instead. Vanraj convinces Malvika that her brother is behaving admirably and that she will return everything as she did the last time, even though he is now Anupama’s puppet rather than Malvika’s brother and is dancing to Anupama’s songs. She reminds him that it is his decision and that she will not support it.
Vanraj continues to manipulate Malvika, telling her that Anupamaa must have provoked Anuj by telling him that Malvika can’t do anything on her own and needs their help, that this project is our dream that she can finish without her brother’s help and that she should decide whether she wants to prove her brother wrong or right. He takes her hand in his and explains that even if Anuj left her, he will never abandon her. Anupamaa tells Anuj that he worked hard to build his business empire and that he can sacrifice anything for Malvika but not Malvika; Vanraj says she should do whatever she has to in front of him. Anu claims she prefers to speak with her rather than her security.
