In the first episode of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Ram tells Priya through video chat that he could never replace his father in Shubham and Shivina’s lives. Priya chooses to return the 5% of the company that was handed to her.
Adi later arrives at Ram’s residence in search of Priya. Adi informs Shubham and Nandini about the paperwork that Priya requested he write to reclaim her portion of the company. Priya hears Ram’s voice as she walks near the temple. When Priya turns to look around, she notices Ram standing in front of her. She is overcome with joy to see Ram in such wonderful health. Ram informs Priya about his unfavourable report and expresses his desire to surprise her. Priya considers if she should give Shubham his 5% part of the company to hold him accountable.
Simultaneously, several children disguised as Vaanars from the Ramayana remind Priya that when we are unsure what to do next, we should always listen to what Lord Ram says.
Vedika returns home and informs Priya that she is having lunch with Ram. Adi chooses to leave, but to everyone’s astonishment, Priya reappears with Ram. Ram walks to his room to change his clothes. Priya informs Shubham that Ram wishes for him to be happy, but she also wishes for him to be responsible. Priya says it’s her share and she’ll decide what to do with it. Adi proposes talking to Ram about it, but Priya says it’s her portion and she’ll decide what to do with it.
