The episode starts with Tiwari in the hall as Angoori gets him his tea. Anu enters while yelling out Angoori’s name. Tiwari tells her to tell Anu he is out of town and hide. Anu says that she feels like he is here. They end up talking about Vibhuti being unemployed and how his umbrella business didn’t wear out since there’s no rain this time. A lizard lands up on Tiwari. He screams and blows his cover. Anu gets shocked. She asks him what he’s doing here and why Angoori lied to her. Tiwari says that he couldn’t withdraw the 2 lakh so he hid. Anu told him that he could give her the money the next day and not hide.
Vibhuti calls Prem and they chat for a bit and Prem even mocks him about his umbrella business. The colds start rumbling and Prem negotiates to buy 5 umbrellas from him for Rs 250 before he hikes up the rate. Tiwari is on the phone with Babloo and he asks him if he could lend him some money. A nearby beggar says everyone is a beggar here. Once again he sees Anu coming and tries to hide under the beggar’s blanket. Anu notices him. After the call from an income tax officer, Anu asks him about the money problems but he tells her he’ll pay her back in 2 or 3 days. She says okay and leaves. Later Tiwari tells Angoori about income tax opening his account.
Commissioner asks Manohar to come to the police station. They see Malkan selling cheap umbrellas and asks him to call up the one in charge. Vibhuti picks up the call and gets scared when he realizes it is the Commissioner. He threatens Vibhuti to stop or he’ll cease everything. Vibhuti goes to Tiwari and asks him to buy his umbrellas since he got some money. They negotiate and Tiwari buys the umbrellas for 2 lakhs.
Anu asks Vibhuti about the umbrellas. He tells her about the deal and she is very happy. Then they realize it is raining. And they see Tiwari is on the balcony saying he will make 4 lakhs from the 2 lakes. Anu calls Vibhuti the loser.
