The episode of Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai starts with Angoori whistling and signing to Tiwari to switch off the grinder as Vibhuti is coming. Vibhuti comes to Angoori and says that she whistles well and asks her to whistle again. Angoori says she feels shy to whistle and asks Vibhuti to go. Angoori asks Tiwari to continue his work. Vibhuti comes out again. Angoori whistles and signs Tiwari. Vibhuti tells Angoori that due to his phobia he takes a lot of medicine and so he is going to sleep and leaves. Angoori tells Tiwari that Vibhuti has gone to sleep and now he can use the grinder. Tiwari starts grinding all the things Ammaji asked. Vibhuti hears it and comes out. Angoori tries to whistle but fails. Vibhuti jumps into Tiwari’s kitchen and starts beating Tiwari.
Tiwari goes to the police station and asks Happu Singh to arrest Vibhuti. Tiwari says Vibhuti doesn’t let him complete his work and he wants Happu Singh to arrest Vibhuti for some time so that Tiwari can complete his work. Happu Singh says he will arrest Vibhuti, but in return asks what Tiwari will give. Tiwari smiles.
Happu Singh waits for Vibhuti at the tea stall. Vibhuti comes and chit chats with Happu Singh. Happu Singh says his cheeks are itching and asks Vibhuti to slap him so that the itching might stop. Vibhuti slaps Happu Singh slowly. Happu Singh says how dare he slap an police officer on duty. Happu Singh says Vibhuti has to come to the police station. Vibhuti says Happu is arresting without reason, so now he will just slap Happu hard and give him the reason to arrest. Vibhuti slaps Happu very hard.
Later, Tiwari plans to get rid of Vibhuti’s phobia. Tiwari asks Teeka, Tilu and Malkan to hold Vibhuti and he will switch on the lights and try to help Vibhuti. They hold Vibhuti and switch on the grinder. Vibhuti cries and asks them to switch off the grinder, but after some time, Vibhuti says he likes the sound of the grinder.
The commissioner comes to Tiwari’s house and rings the bell. He gets an electric shock. The commissioner says that Tiwari did not repair his bell after warning him and arrests Tiwari.
