In the hall, Anu, David, and Vibhu. Vibhu hands David a photo of the commissioner and adds, “I have to murder him.” David laughs as he looks at the snapshot. Vibhu inquires as to why you are laughing. Who handed you the contract to assassinate Dev, says David. This photo, according to Anu, is of the commissioner. Say no, David says. At the tea stall, TMT, Prem, Gupta, and Master are all together. Gupta claims that Manohar was behind the Goli Mishra bullshit. Tillu claims that it was because of him that we mistook an innocent man for a murderer. Teeka makes fun of David and Vibhu. Vibhu approaches them, greets everyone, and takes a seat. Prem teases him. Anu asks what are you talking about, you know how afraid I was for a few days only because of one misunderstanding but now you are innocent therefore I won’t let you be a criminal again. Angoori claims that becoming a criminal isn’t for you and that you shouldn’t kill the commissioner. Vibhu says, “I don’t know what to do; one side is my wife or love, and the other is the mafia; where should I go?”
Tiwari inquires as to what you mean by wife or love, and Anu and Angoori concur. Stop it, Vibhu says, and I’ll murder Commissioner if necessary. Angoori claims that if he goes to jail, who will look after Anita. Tiwari adds, “I’ll look after Anita.” Vibhu asks his brother. Angoori adds don’t worry if you go to jail, Tiwari will take care of her as his sister. Don’t make me his wife, Tiwari tells Angoori. Stop, Anu urges, and think about what we need to do. Vibhu declares, “I’m going to kill Commissioner.”
Everyone joins Manohar in cheering for the commissioner. Commissioner smiles and adds, “I love you all.” Happu enters but falls due to TMT, so he smacks them and greets the commissioner. At the very least, the commissioner believes you should have arrived on time today. David laughs at him. According to Happu, your security guard took some time. Manohar laughs at Happu. Goli claims that he was paid ten lakh rupees to kill Commissioner, and since he was already known as Goli Mishra, he decided to give him one lakh rupees and pocket the rest. Vibhu claims he was in a lot of problems because of you and threatens to murder him. Hold your feelings, urges Happu. The commissioner claims that the law will punish him. Ask Manohar to take him, says Vibhu.
