Meena and Tiwari flirt with one another on the street outside Tiwari’s house. Tiwari receives a call from Agrawal and begins to leave. Meena grabs him and tells him not to leave since she won’t be able to help him. Many people, according to Tiwari, simply pickpockets and leave. Tiwari flees as Meena resumes flirting with him. Angoori singing and watering plants Vibhu pays a visit to Angoori, who inquires about Tiwari’s progress and when Vibhu arrived. Vibhu informs Angoori that Tiwari has not progressed. Angoori makes fun of Vibhu about Tiwari’s success. Vibhu apologises for not being able to help. It signifies you are lost, according to Angoori. Vibhu claims that Tiwari does not understand the laws of the love game, so how can I play with him, yet TMT and Commissioner adore me. Angoori I have to leave this house and go, says Vibhu. Vibhu tells Angoori that she should leave because he needs to save himself from TMT and Commissioner. He apologises for disappointing her.
TMT is seated by a tea stall, debating what Meena said to them about Tiwari and what is wrong with them. Tillu tells Teeka that the three adore Meena, but Tiwari wants to kidnap her. Malkan informs Tillu that Tiwari is a major player. So should I pick her up, Tillu says to Malkhan. The situation, according to Malkan, will then be beyond our control. Gupta appears and inquires as to which lovely lady you are referring to. Teeka sobs and asks Gupta if we’re not supposed to love each other. According to Gupta, everybody may love this world. Then why aren’t we getting love, Malkhan says to Gupta. TMT received Gupta’s advice. If you don’t get love, snatch it. The same rule applies in the jungle: if you don’t get what you want, snatch it.
Vibhu is sitting in his house. Helen brings tea and inquires of Vibhu as to what has happened and why he is so agitated. Vibhu claims that the debtors are harassing him for money. So, David asks, why are you so worried? Will you pay for me, Vibhu asks. You don’t have a single dime, according to Helen. When I asked Vibhu for assistance, he always turned around and walked away. Helen inquires of David, “Do you have any control over your account?” David claims to have million-dollar bonds, but my wife has frozen all of my accounts except one. Vibhu inquires about the balance on the account. You have 100 rupees, David says.
Masterji brings Happu Singh to Vibhu’s house and says, “This individual took my money and is sitting over here without a care in the world.” Masterji is asked to calm down by Happu Singh, who also urges Vibhu to come to the police station. I don’t have any money, adds Vibhu. If you can’t return me, Masterji replies, then why did you take me? Vibhu claims that he didn’t realise he wouldn’t be able to repay him at the time. Masterji and Vibhu begin to argue with one another. Happu Singh stops them and says, “I have to follow the law, and there are also elderly people here.”
Helen begins yelling at Happu Singh. Happu Singh apologises and mocks her before pointing a gun at Vibhu and ordering him to come to the police station. Vibhu takes his revolver and threatens him. Happu Singh asks Helen and David to keep him under control. He runs away after pointing a gun at Happu Singh. To capture him, Masterji says. Happu Singh tells him to be quiet. Happu Singh and Masterji are standing outside Vibhu’s house, discussing Vibhu’s behaviour, and Happu Singh says that since Anu left, this colony has been so dreary that I’ve considered quitting my work. I heard Anu is returning, says Masterji. Hearing this, Happu Singh becomes ecstatic. Masterji criticises Happu Singh by saying, “I called you to catch Vibhu.” Meena pays a visit to Happy song and Masterji and inquires about Vibhuti Narayan Mishra’s residence. Masterji becomes irritated and declares that Vibhuti is a phoney. Happu Singh tells Meena that Vibhu stole his money and fled. Don’t worry, Meena replies, you’ll get your money back because I know him and he’s a good guy. Happu Singh claims he is unable to see you because he has fled. There’s someone there, Meena exclaims. David appears, shouting, and recognises Meena, asking who she is. Meena was invited inside by David. Meena advises that you read Vibhu’s letter first. David invites her in and closes the door.
