Bhagya Lakshmi, the Zee TV show produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms, continues to entertain the audience with major ups and downs in the lives of Rishi, played by Rohit Suchanti, and Lakshmi, played by Aishwarya Khare. Check out the written update of the episode airing on 1 April 2025.
Today’s episode begins with Shalu overhearing Malishka and Shanaya’s conspiracy against Lakshmi (Aishwarya Khare). As Malishka plans to get a makeover to leave Rishi (Rohit Suchanti) mesmerized, Shalu decides to spoil her plan and stop her from separating Rishi and Lakshmi. Shalu calls makeup artists to get Lakshmi’s makeover done.
Shalu makes Lakshmi sit on the chair, and her skincare begins. Shalu tells Lakshmi that she will look the best today, and nobody can resist her charm. Shalu looks happy with her plan. On the other hand, Malishka gets ready like she used to in college. She looks confident that Rishi will be attracted to her.
For the Sangeet ceremony, Shalu turns into Deepika Padukone’s character Shanti in Om Shanti, while Aayush takes Shah Rukh Khan’s role as Om. Shalu expresses her confidence and faith that Lakshmi will look beautiful today and that Rishi will be unable to resist himself.
As Lakshmi comes out like a princess in a beautiful purple saree, Rishi fails to control himself. In the romantic moments, Lakshmi gets close to Rishi, and he pushes her towards himself, bringing them closer. However, Malishka is unaware of Shalu’s big plan.
