Today’s episode begins with Mahila Morcha ladies confronting Anushka for lying to them about her marriage. She holds her responsible for landing them in jail, leaving her scared. On the other hand, Shalu breaks down while Aayush helps her freshen up. Shalu refuses the engagement, expressing her concern to Aayush that she wants to find Lakshmi (Aishwarya Khare)
On the other hand, Malishka arrives at the hospital to check on Lakshmi. She plans not to let anyone rescue her. Kiran calls Malishka, who tells her that she assures that nobody saves Lakshmi. Meanwhile, Balvinder arrives. Lakshmi struggles to escape from the cold storage and tells Balvinder about her pregnancy.
Shalu, Aayush, and Rishi (Rohit Suchanti) start searching for Lakshmi. As they file a complaint at the police station, they find Lakshmi came to the hospital. Shalu, Aayush, and Rishi arrive at the hospital. Shalu asks the receptionist if Lakshmi has come. Meanwhile, she turns back and is shocked to spot Malishka, creating an intense moment.
