In the upcoming episode, Janvi’s grandmother sends Mishka a video of her, in which she blazes the important papers and accuses Deepika (Aditi Tripathi) of the same. Mishka asks the grandmother to demand in place of the proof. The grandmother orders Mishka to give her 10 lakh rupees, which Deepika overhears, and she asks about the money. Deepika tells her grandmother that she will meet Mishka. Deepika meets Mishka, and she asks her why her grandmother is blackmailing her. Lavanya sees Deepika and Mishka together and finds something fishy.

In today’s episode, Lavanya asks the priest to begin the puja. The priest asks Janvi to tie the swing in the tree and blesses her to become a mother of a girl or a boy. Mishka enters the scene and joins everyone for puja. Deepika tries two swings on the tree, and the priest reveals that Deepika will soon become a mother of twins, leaving everyone shocked. Akshay announced their 50 crore tender was passed as the Chief Minister signed the papers.
Akshay asks Deepika to keep the papers in front of God, and everyone closes their eyes, but Deepika opens her eyes. She finds the papers ablaze as Mishka puts fire to the file. Lavanya holds Deepika responsible for this. She calls her an omen and blames her for everything happening wrong. Deepika cries and goes into her room. Chirag (Akshith Sukhija) calls Deepika as he heads for an important surgery. Deepika boosts his enthusiasm and decides to tell Chirag the truth after he comes.
Omkar’s health condition deteriorates, and Chirag arrives. Chirag asks Omkar to take a rest and tells the servant to ask Deepika to take care of Omkar. Lavanya stops Chirag and tells him that because Omkar lost a big deal, and now she doesn’t want her to be around. Deepika gets ready for Karwa Chauth, but she hears about Omkar and decides to take care of him.
