Today’s Fanaa Ishq Mein Marjawan episode starts with a goon running towards Agastya to stab him and suddenly Shanaya comes in front of Agastya and gets stabbed. Ishan gets shocked as this was not his plan and runs away from there. All the goons run away from the godown. Agastya holds Shanaya, she sees the blood and faints. Agastya takes her to Trinity hospital and shouts for the doctor. Ishan comes to the hospital and enquires Agastya as to what happened. Agastya tells him everything. Ishan tells him to calm down and asks him if he has informed Pakhi. Then Agastya calls Pakhi to inform her, Pakhi’s father picks up the call and Ishan tells him about Shanaya.
Then in Fanaa Ishq Mein Marjawan, Pakhi and her father rush to the hospital and ask Ishan about Shanaya. Then Pakhi’s father blames Agastya for doing this and slaps him and tells him to get out of the hospital. Then Ishan directs Pakhi’s father towards Shanaya. Then Pakhi sees Agastya crying and blood stains all over his body. Pakhi feels sorry for Agastya.
Agastya walks out of the emergency ward and sees Lord Ganesha he goes there and prays that Shanaya should get well soon because Pakhi cannot live without her and he cannot see Pakhi sad. Someone keeps a hand on Agastya’s shoulder, he thinks it’s Pakhi but she is Agastya’s Dadi. Agastya hugs her and tells her everything. Dadi consoles Agastya.
Later in Fanaa Ishq Mein Marjawan, Pakhi sees Agastya and Dadi having a conversation and she joins them. Agastya asks her about Shanaya’s health, but she ignores it and takes him to the doctor to do his treatment on the wound. Agastya denies but she forces him. Dadi sees everything for the door. The doctor does the treatment. Agastya holds Pakhi’s hand tightly. Then Pakhi’s father calls her and tells them that Shanaya needs more AB-negative blood and the hospital is not having it and he cannot transfer his blood because of diabetes. So go out to arrange the same group of blood. Shanaya is taken to the operation theatre.
Lastly in Fanaa Ishq Mein Marjawan, the doctor insists the nurse check whether the family members have arranged the blood as Shanaya’s health is getting worse. Then the nurse asks Ishan but the arrangement is not yet done. Then a ward boy informs the nurse that the blood arrangement is done. Everyone rushes to see who is donating blood. Everyone is shocked to see Agastya. He then assures everyone that even though he is AB negative, he can do this to save his sister. The doctor claims that this is risky as he has an injury but Agastya forces the doctor to do so. Then everyone is waiting for the doctor. After the surgery, the doctor comes out and tells everyone that Shanaya is out of danger. Then the doctor thanked Agastya for bringing her here in time and donating her blood.
