Fanaa Ishq Mein Marjawan’s story jumps forward six years. Agastya is entertaining the kids in the hospital while costumed as a clown. He gifts them to them. The doctor honours Agastya for giving disabled youngsters starting at age six artificial legs. Agastya claims that he has experienced the agony of losing a loved one and that he hopes no one else does. The marital status of Agastya is discussed by two nurses. One of the nurses questions why Agastya, who is attractive, is still single. The second nurse claims to have learned of his marriage. The other person claims that it is impossible because she has been employed here for four years and would have encountered his wife in that situation. It is heard by Agastya.

Pakhi finds it odd that Tara takes such good care of her family but ruins the occasion that she worked so hard to plan. Tara claims to have observed large-scale magic tricks using technology online. Pakhi declares that she is just like her father before she can stop herself.
