The episode begins with everyone enjoying Sai’s birthday dinner party. Sai goes to get the water when she is dragged away by Virat to his car. When she asks where they are going she says he wants to spend some time with the birthday girl. Mansi realizes something is missing. Dev says it’s Sai. Sai tells Virat that it is her birthday and that they are missing.
Virat gifts her a ring. Virat thinks he needs to show her his feeling and nervously starts. Ashwini calls them and tells them to return soon as Bhavani is getting angry. Sai tells Virat that they will talk about this later. And Virat can’t help but feel disappointed.
Harini asks Sai where she was. Ashwini invites Pakhi to dinner but she has a headache. Virat states that if the whole family doesn’t eat dinner together then he and Sai will have dinner together in their room. Pakhi thinks he is being rude and Bhavani calls him out on being bitter. Everyone is distressed and Sai asks Virat to calm down. Sai points out that Virat has a big heart for he is celebrating an orphan girl’s birthday and thanks him for making her day special.
Sai insists that Pakhi has dinner with the rest since it looks like her headache is gone. She thinks of Pakhi like an elder sister. Pakhi agrees and sits with the family.
The dinner has more surprises. There are modaks made and Ashwini says someone special made it. Sai guesses it’s Dev or Shivani. Sai asks if Virat had made them and Virat agrees. He tells her he knows why it’s special and he tried his best to make them well. Sai says it’s really tasty. Soon the doorbell rings. Sai is once again surprised. She can’t bear any more surprises. Virat gets to the door. Ajinkya and some other friends have come over. Sai gets happier when she sees them. She thanks Virat for inviting them. And Virat says he didn’t.
