The episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin starts with Shivani asking Sai if she cannot sense what all has changed in a year. Shivani says a person cannot carry her as their responsibility for a whole year. Shivani says Virat always supported Sai, going against her family, bought her gift and also made her birthday very special. Shivani mentions that when Sai met with an accident, Virat was restless and took care of her all the time. She reminds Sai how Virat lied to his family and took her on a holiday to spend their anniversary. Sunny says Virat loves Sai and if not fulfilling his responsibility.
Sai says she knows the truth and doesn’t want to leave in her dream world. Sunny tells Sai that when her dream will break and realise Virat’s love, Sai will regret the most as it will be too late. Sai says she has seen Virat hold Pakhi’s hand in her canteen and believe that Virat still loves Pakhi. Virat thinks that after telling Sai a thousand times that he doesn’t love Pakhi still, she will not believe him. Shivani asks Sai not to make mistakes by rejecting Virat’s love.
Sai says she doesn’t feel anything for Virat. Shivani asks Sai if she doesn’t feel anything for Virat then why she stopped his transfer. Sai stays quiet. Shivani says that Sai must have stopped Virat’s transfer as she wants him to wait. Sai says she stopped Virat’s transfer as his family wanted him to stay. Sai says she went to DIG’s office and requested him to stop Virat’s transfer as he is not keeping well. Shivani tries to make Sai understand that Virat has feelings for her. Virat thinks about why everyone is forcing Sai to love him. Virat gets angry as Sai lied to him about his transfer and leaves.
Ashwini says she is happy that Samrat is happy. Bhawani says Pakhi is behind Samrat’s happiness and says Pakhi took care of Samrat well. Ashwini says thanks for the person who stopped Virat’s transfer as he will stay with his family. Ninad asks her if she knows who stopped Virat’s transfer. Ashwini says no. Virat comes and says he knows who stopped his transfer. Virat stands in front of Sai and says Sai stopped his transfer. Ashwini gets happy and hugs Sai.
Virat scolds Sai. Samrat says Sai did the right thing and now everyone is happy because of Sai. Pakhi talks rudely to Sai and says she never asks anyone before deciding for someone and does what she wants. Virat also scolds Sai. Samrat takes Sai side. Mansi asks Samrat not to talk in between husband and wife. Pakhi tells Samrat that they should meet her mother. Pakhi leaves grinning at Sai.
