Today’s Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega 10 June episode begins with a strong wind blowing during AJ’s (Nishant Malkani) Maha Aarti and blowing out all the diyas. Lakshmi got worried thinking that it was a bad omen. AJ refused to believe anything will happen to Guddan (Kanika Mann). He went back to the hospital to be by her side. He met the doctor but heard bad news.
The doctor told AJ that the chances of Guddan’s survival are very slim. AJ told the doctor to make sure that Guddan was saved no matter what. The doctor realized that Guddan’s heart is weak and not pumping enough blood. AJ cried and tried to wake up Guddan.
However, Guddan’s heart rate slowly stopped completely. Guddan was about to reunite with her dead mother in heaven. Then she heard AJ’s voice asking her to come back to him. Guddan decided to return back to earth to be with AJ.
Meanwhile, AJ was broken by the fact that he lost another wife whom he loved. Just then Guddan began breathing heavily again. AJ called loudly for the doctor to get in while holding Guddan’s hand. The doctor showed up and said Guddan is recovering quickly.
When Guddan opened her eyes she saw AJ, who is relieved. Guddan told AJ that she felt she was never going to return back to him. However, It was because of him that it was possible for her to return. Everyone else entered the hospital room happy to see Guddan alive. Durga also praised Guddan for saving the whole family. AJ took it upon himself to take care of Guddan once she came back home.
