The episode of Imlie starts with Malini asking Mithi who is Imlie’s father. Mithi asks why she wants to know Imlie’s father’s name if she has to mention the name in Imlie’s college. Malini says yes. Mithi is about to tell Malini about Imlie’s father but Dulari interrupts and asks Mithi to get water from outside. Mithi gets water from outside and tells Malini that she will keep Malini’s stuff safe from Dulari. Malini says she will help Mithi. Mithi says Malini is their guest and she doesn’t have to work.
Meanwhile, Rupali praises Imlie’s beauty and asks her to come near the stage in 10 minutes. Imlie thinks she is prepared but she doesn’t want to upset Aparna. Aparna comes to Imlie with the ghungroo and gives it to Imlie. Aparna says she is giving her ghungroo to Imlie so that Imlie will try to become suitable for it. Aparna says Imlie has to respect her art and keep their family’s respect in front of everyone. Imlie takes Aparna’s blessing.
Harish and Nishant come to Imlie and ask her to go near the stage as her name will be announced soon. Imlie goes to Sita Maiya and prays to give her courage. Aditya sees Imlie praying. Imlie faints. Aditya holds Imlie and makes her sit on the chair. He calls Sundar. Aditya asks Sundar to be near Imlie while he calls the doctor. Sundar tells Imlie that she should not hide anything from the family. Aditya hears it and asks what is Imlie hiding. Sundar says Imlie was the one who was holding the water pipe for 8 hours which broke and so she got a high fever.
Harish praises Imlie on the stage and calls out Imlie’s name. Harish worries as Imlie doesn’t show up. Harish says Imlie is getting ready and will take time. The audience starts losing their patience. Aditya walks towards the stage to inform everyone that Imlie is not well and she cannot perform.
Imlie plays the songs and starts dancing. She smiles looking at Harish and Aditya. Aditya imagines dancing with Imlie. The audience enjoys Imlie’s performance. Imlie suddenly collapses on the stage. Aditya, Nishant and Harish rush towards Imlie and make her drink water. The audience starts passing bad comments about Imlie. Aparna thinks she should have not trusted Imlie, as she did not practice well.
Aditya apologises to everyone and says that a water pipe broke in the godown and Imlie was holding the pipe to stop the water and save all the stuff of their function. Aditya shows them the video and says Imlie was holding the water leakage for 8 hours and so she fell sick. Aditya says Imlie was dancing and did not care that she had a 102 fever. Aparna cries and walks towards Imlie.
