The episode of Imlie starts with Aditya telling a lady that he couldn’t reach on time to save Imlie. Malini comes there and asks Aditya what happened to Imlie in Pagdandiya. Aditya says he wants to leave Imlie in Pagdandiya and never wanted her to return with her. He did not believe the people who were talking about Imlie’s condition, but when Imlie’s mother called him, he rushed to save Imlie. Aditya hopes it was not too late to get Imlie to the hospital.
Everyone recollects the time they spent with Imlie. The doctor comes out and informs the Tripathi family that he has removed the bullet but cannot say anything about Imlie’s condition. Just then, the nurse calls the doctor and says that Imlie got a cardiac arrest.
Everyone worries. Tia gets Sita Maiya’s idol and says that they will pray to Sita Maiya to cure Imlie. Tripathi family prays for Imlie’s life, while the doctor continuously gives defibrillator shock.
Imlie recovers and shakes her hand.
A nurse gives Malini some of Imlie’s belongings. Malini is about to open the bag when the doctor informs them that Imlie has gained consciousness and they can meet her.
Everyone goes to Imlie and surround her. Imlie asks them who they are. Tripathi family worries. Imlie laughs and says that it is very easy to fool them.
Aparna asks Imlie how all this happened.
Imlie comes up with a lie that police were trying to fire on some robbers, and a girl got stuck with the robber, and she saved the girl.
The doctor asks everyone to leave Imlie alone as she needs to rest and be under observation.
Imlie apologizes to Aditya as she came back to Delhi.
