The episode of Imlie starts with Nishant falling unconscious at the party. Everyone worries about him and calls a doctor.
The doctor asks everyone to go out as he needs to check Nishant. Everyone goes out. The doctor asks Imlie to get some warm water for Nishant.
Nishant gains consciousness. The doctor asks Nishant if he felt unconscious before. Nishant says he is ill but cannot inform his family. Nishant says he has leukemia. Nishant asks the doctor not to tell about it to his family.
Imlie hears the conversation and asks what is leukemia. Nishant comes up with a lie and says that when a person gets tired and faints, it is known as leukemia. Nishant says it normal and asks Imlie not to tell anyone.
Everyone enters Nishant’s room and asks the doctor if Nishant is okay. The doctor says Nishant has traveled a lot and needs some rest. The doctor asks Nishant to take medicines on time and meet him in the hospital the next day.
Later, Malini tells Aditya that she saw two bills in Aditya’s pocket, 1 bill was of the Valentine’s Day gift, which he bought for Malini, and another one is of Imlie’s dress. Malini says she felt that Aditya got Valentine’s Day gift for Imlie as well and felt bad, but Sundar told her that the bill fell from his pocket.
Meanwhile, Sundar gives Imlie the bill and says today he saved Imlie, but always he cannot. Imlie sees the price of the dress and says it is very expensive. Imlie decides to return the dress to Aditya.
At midnight, Meethi calls on Aditya’s phone. Malini answers the call and asks if everyone is okay. Meethi tells Malini something which shocks her.
On the other hand, Imlie goes to Aditya and returns the dress. Aditya refuses to take it. Malini comes with all family members and says she came to know the truth.
