Aryan apologises to Narmada for not obeying her at the start of the episode. She claims Imlie would abandon him one day, just as she abandoned Aditya. Aryan is taken aback by this and tells Arpita to explain to her how severely she is speaking about Imlie. Arpita tells Narmada that it’s all her fault after Aryan departs unhappy. Narmada is crying. Aryan searches for Imlie, while Arpita Sundar tries to dissuade him because his surgery was completed some time ago. Aryan says he needs to leave and asks Sundar why he didn’t bring Arpita to his house to protect her from being humiliated, and why he doesn’t want Aryan to follow Imlie. Sundar then instructs Arpita to release Aryan.
While reminiscing her moments with Aryan, Imlie walks alone and loses her footing. By grasping her hand, Aryan prevents her from falling. Imlie is overjoyed to see Aryan. He brings her very close and they hug. Imlie expresses his gratitude to Sita Maiya for saving him and ensuring his safety. He is also relieved to see her in good health. She inquires as to why he pursued her after he was injured. He claims her agony has increased after Narmada insulted her. She wonders how he knows. He responds that he couldn’t find her after waking up, so he understands. She advises they shouldn’t stay here for too long and should return home. He inquires as to what his mother had told her. Imlie refuses to reveal, and when Aryan insists, she claims that Narmada is correct in her position and that she is afraid of losing her family members.
Narmada is watching the news about Imlie, who took a chance and cleared traffic for her husband’s safety while accompanying the donor. Narmada feels bad about not knowing Imlie was looking for a donor because she did such a good job. Gudiya and Nila begin to use her against Imlie. They portray Imlie’s behaviour in a negative light. Nila claims it’s nothing more than a spectacle. Imlie utilised her husband’s channel for her fame and nice image to impress Narmada. Aryan battled with Narmada and went against her decision today because of Imlie, who will one day separate her from her son, according to Nila. Nila assures Narmada that Imlie knows how to manipulate her husband and annoy her mother-in-law. That was something she did in her first marriage.
Imlie tells Aryan that she is not appropriate for him because she destroyed a family, and he advises her not to doubt herself again simply because the rest of the world thinks badly of her and judges her. He had previously informed her. Imlie claims that others are incorrect about her, but Aryan asserts that he trusts her and that she should be concerned with how she feels about herself rather than what others believe. She claims he is mistaken about her. She takes out a white cloth and declares that she has a stain on her character and that a woman is like a white cloth. The stain will not come out once it has become unclean. After dipping the cloth in the red colour, Aryan grabs it from her and paints it red. He claims that white is dull and that even rainbows fade in front of her; if she believes this, he would make her life colourful and her past will no longer haunt her.
He drapes the scarlet cloth over her. Nila urges Narmada to keep an eye on Imlie so she can’t go out or do what she wants. Narmada should stop Imlie from working or going to the office, she recommends. Imlie inquires as to why Aryan is doing so much for her; he replies that he has no idea but that he wants to protect her. He informs her that he, too, has questions. Why does she go to such lengths for him, why did she risk her life to clear the traffic, and why did she remain mute when Narmada accused her? They exchange glances, and Arpita contacts Aryan to see whether Imlie has been discovered. She encourages Aryan to hurry back with Imlie when he says yes.
