The episode of Ishq Mein Marjawan 2 starts with Ridhima opening her eyes in the operation theatre and pushing all the nurses. Ridhima holds knife on the doctor’s neck and asks the nurse to open the door.
The nurse opens the door for Ridhima. Ridhima pushes the doctor and locks them in the operation theatre. The doctor asks the ward boys to catch Ridhima.
Ridhima tries to escape, but she feels dizzy. Ridhima lies on the stretcher and covers herself. The ward boys come searching for Ridhima and ignores Ridhima, as they think it is a dead body.
Ridhima faints. 2 ward boys come and take the dead body to the cremation ground.
On the other hand, Vansh worries as Ridhima’s phone is off. Vansh calls their regular doctor and asks them to stop Ridhima’s abortion. The doctor says Ridhima is not in their hospital. Vansh tries to call in some other hospitals but doesn’t find any lead about Ridhima.
Vansh says that he did not accept his baby, but Ridhima loves her baby, how she can abort it. Vansh prays to God that he should get some lead to find Ridhima.
Vansh sees a temple. He climbs the temple’s steps on his knees and holds a diya in his hands. Vansh says he made a lot of mistakes, but Ridhima and their baby should not suffer for his mistakes.
