The StarPlus’s TV serial Jhanak, starring Hiba Nawab as Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Aniruddha, and Chandni Sharma as Arshi in lead roles, entertains the audience produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures. Check out the episode update, airing on 16 September 2024.
Today’s episode begins with Aditya Kapoor bringing Jhanak (Hiba Nawab) to the hospital due to immense pain in her stomach. Aditya screams for doctors, but he sees nobody coming for help. Jhanak, in pain, cries, and Aditya tries to calm her. Jhanak expresses her feelings to Aditya that she doesn’t want to lose her child, but Aditya assures that nothing will happen to her and also shares that in such a condition, she should not stay in a hotel but live in his house.
However, Jhanak gets emotional and reveals that she is in pain because her child feels bad, as its father refuses to accept the truth. Jhanak requests Aditya that if anything happens to her, he should take care of her child, give him a name, and let him live happily. Aditya promises Jhanak and asks her to stay calm. Lastly, Jhanak shares that she loves Aniruddha (Krushal Ahuja), shocking Aditya.
On the other hand, Apu and Laalon perform the post-wedding rituals. As Kajal helps Apu fulfill her duty, some guest ladies make fun of Apu, which makes Laalon uncomfortable. At the same time, Kajal gets jealous. Soon, she completes the rituals and asks the ladies to insult Apu to leave with a heavy heart. As the ceremonies are complete, Apu is very innocently asked to sleep. Kajal leaves and locks the door. Apu questions Laalon about Kajal’s behavior, which upsets Kajal. Later, Laalon sings a song for Apu and makes her sleep adoring her.
When a nurse comes to check on Jhanak, she is surprised to see her and Aditya in the hospital. However, Aditya insists on checking her soon. As the doctor checks on Jhanak, she finds something fishy and shares her doubt that Jhanak might not be pregnant. They will have to do a few tests for confirmation, leaving Jhanak and Aditya shocked. Soon, the doctor sends Jhanak for a check, where she wonders whether she is pregnant or not and if she is not pregnant, why she is experiencing pain in her stomach.
