Today’s The Kapil Sharma Show Written Update 4 May 2019 beings with Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao and Amit Sharma gracing the couch tonight. The team shares their experiences and secrets working on the movie together.

Later, Singer Guru Randhawa too joins the guests to promote his new single “Slowly Slowly” for which he collaborated with international artist Pitbull.

Neena Gupta shares that it was Tabu who recommended her for the movie when she, herself refused it at first. And Ayushmann Khurana thought that Neena was too hot to play his on-screen mother. It was only after the producers that watched one of her short films that they took her onboard. While for Gajraj, it was his wife’s insistence that led him to sign for the role after Ayushmann suggested his name. He then goes on to share funny anecdotes about his relationship with his wife.

The movie’s director, Amit Sharma also reveals some of the Behind the scenes secrets of the actors declaring Neena and Gajraj to be quite talkative. And that Gajraj loves to click selfies. While the actors return the favour and talk about how fun and comfortable it was working with Amit.

Neena also shares thoughts on a tweet that she posted asking for work. She was anxious of Masaba’s reaction but said she only supported her. Archana Puran Singh applauds her for it too.

Neena and Gajraj jokingly reveal how the main reason behind doing Badhaai Ho was just so that can get a chance to be invited on The Kapil Sharma Show.
